ADP SmartCompliance® Wage Garnishments

I've been a customer of ADP for more than 20 years. In that time, I've watched the tax services product grow and expand to be the leader in the tax services arena. What I like most about ADP SmartCompliance is having our tax records at our fingertips, the ease of the integration between Workday and ADP and the assistance I get resolving tax notices.

Centralize source for informaiton and resources.

I can simply upload the documents to ADP SmartCompliance and they do the rest.

I like being able to review taxes, wages, garnishments and invoices all in 1 place. It is realitivally easy to manage. I like that the home page has tasks that need attention and you don't have to rely on emails. Also that you can see links in multiple areas.

ADP SmartCompliance has been essential in helping our organization maintain compliance. I appreciate how user-friendly the platform is, from uploading tax notices to setting up new accounts and validating garnishments with our payroll system. I also like that everything is accessible within SmartCompliance. If I have a question, there are help links available, along with chat and service request options. My favorite aspect of ADP SmartCompliance is its efficiency and how time saving it is, which allows our small payroll team to focus on other specialized tasks.

We are a new user and have been with ADP for one year now. We use SmartCompliance quite a bit for managing our invoices and our tax payments. We also love the wage garnishment feature. That has been extremely useful to our business as we get a lot of garnishments during our busy season. The tax management seems to work well also; we haven't had any issues there, and for the most part things are easy to find.

SmartCompliance is a great ally for us during Quarter End, Year End and Garnishment day to day. It has helped us reduce time and focus on other task while we trust we will get a great service from ADP.

It's relatively intuitive and they are adding new features all the time (like help requests!). The products we use have saved us so much time, which translates into saving money!
